1959 Sting Ray

1959 Sting Ray

There were lots of incredible, historically significant automobiles present there last Sunday. The newest was probably the B.A.T. 11, fresh off a ship from Italy, making it’s North American debut quietly, behind the great hall, in the garage area.

Rear view by you.

  1. 1659???

Hum I know that Myles Standish died in that year, Lord protector Cromwell disbands English parliament , Peter Stuyvesant of New Netherlands forbids tennis playing during religious services, Robinson Crusoe is shipwrecked (according to Defoe) … but , I don’t think there were any automobiles then. I could be wrong. 😉

  2. That BAT is one ugly car. Where is Heath Ledger when you need him.

  3. 1659 – 1959 – hey, only 1 digit upside down!
