At the Summer Splash 07, at my house in Norwalk, Ct – August, 2007. We had plenty of food and drink for all! Plus, there was a car show, remote control car races, a fun obstacle course with a MINI theme (lawnkhana) and a scavenger hunt. A small group went out for some ice cream afterwards. It’s all about the food with this group! There were no left-overs.
We also had many trophies awarded for each individual event, and a ton of door prizes from event sponsors. We had local television coverage on the 6 o’clock news, an article in the Norwalk Hour newspaper and a live radio remote for 2 hours with Matt Zako of 95.9 The Fox – classic Rock & Roll.
